A'per Trading Rough Diamond Brokerage Procedures:
PROCEDURE FOR ROUGH DIAMOND PURCHASE

· Buyer sends LOI.
· Seller sends a FCO and buyer returns the FCO  as accepted
· Seller issues the Draft Contract for Rough Diamond Purchase
· Buyer’s undersigns contracts, to be confirmed by signature of
Buyer’s Bank and the contract will be forwarded to seller.
· Seller undersigns and resends hard copy of Contract to buyer.
Buyers pay 1.0% upfront to the A'per Trading Company within 72 hours and if A'per fails to supply
the specified goods A'per returns the transaction deposit within 72 hours.
· Buyer instructs his banker to issue Payment Guarantee (Stand by
Letter of Credit by MT-760) within three days.
· Seller, upon receipt and confirmation of Stand by Letter of Credit by his
bank, sends diamonds according Authorized Buyer’s instructions.

Documents: Each shipment and gives has to be identified with all the numbers
and codes of reference.

The Seller shall accompany each delivery with all documents related as
it follows:
· Two (2) originals of Commercial Invoices.
· Certificate of origin.
· Three (3) Export Certificates (if it’s necessary).
· Full set original Airway Bill.
· Three (3) Quality Report of carats.
· Three (3) Certificate of SGS.

SELLER must provide complete copies of Rough Diamond Manifest, Kimberley Process Copies and Export Permit to BUYER, if applicable. The BUYER will start with a small parcel, up to 2000-3000 carats, but nothing smaller than 500 carats. BUYER to provides proof of funds (POF) after verifying KPC and Export Permit.   SELLER will organize Brinks, Malca Amit, or any respectable security company for inside viewing and inspection of the parcel by BUYER and gemologist. SELLER will provide BUYER with password to inspect stones, if SELLER is not present at viewing. A copy of the shipping documents must be presented to BUYER. Shipping and Delivery address will be a Free Zone Security House in New York, Los Angeles, or other location in the US, Some delivery will be made to a Switzerland or Antwerp Free Zone Security House   If BUYER accepts purchase and viewing is to satisfaction and according to manifest, the lot will be packaged and sealed in presence of BUYER, Gemologist, and Security. BUYER will provide payment to SELLER bank account or to Brinks or Malca Amit as instructed by SELLER. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment by SELLER the parcel is released to BUYER immediately.
